The OmniViz Learning Centre provides quick start guides and their complementary video demonstrations designed to introduce new OmniViz users to the tools and visualizations that make up OmniViz. From importing data into a data set to creating views of the data to exploring those views with Galaxy, Comet or ThemeMap–the guides will help you harness the power of OmniViz!
For more experienced users, the longer tutorials and their videos will take you beyond default settings and describe advanced workflows. From learning how to refine the vocabulary of a text data set to using the advanced features of CoMet to special topics in patent analysis—the tutorials will hone your analytical skills.
