SRS Prisma
SRS Prisma significantly reduces the time needed to administer SRS by automating the daily integration of all relevant life science data into the customer's bioinformatics environment.
It is designed to ensure that all in-house databases (this also includes databases outside of an SRS installation) are current and available so that scientists across the organization can effectively use the most up to date data for their research.
SRS Prisma utilises an off-line approach for indexing data - hence minimising down-time of the system. SRS Prisma arrives ready to support the mirroring of 70 public domain databases and can easily be configured to monitor and update new databases.
