SRS Gateway for Oracle
The SRS Gateway for Oracle® enables Oracle users to exploit the power of the SRS data and analysis tool integration system using SQL queries. With SRS Gateway users can access all the databases within an SRS installation through an Oracle server. SRS Gateway provides a unique solution enabling the SQL users with access to valuable life science data.
The SRS Gateway for Oracle defines a set of capabilities, databases, column names, and data types that can be queried in SRS. These are then registered with Oracle as a Transparent Gateway, enabling SQL queries to be translated into SRS via the Oracle Heterogeneous Services technology.
