Training
A range of training courses is available for all software. Training is offered on-site, or remotely and can accommodate up to 10 users per module. Application Consultancy
Application consultancy is also available to assist you in applying the OmniViz and Sofia software for specific business issues. Application consultancy projects are conducted under NDA and engage BioWisdom's healthcare consultants. All BioWisdom's consultants are PhD qualified and many have worked in senior Research and Development positions in the industry.
Application consultancy projects for the Sofia platform, harness the decades of collective experience of our consultants in the design, creation and analysis of Intelligence Networks to answer critical business problems. Our collaborative approach transfers this unique and proprietary approach to you. Our consultants work alongside you as an integral part of the team. For OmniViz, the Healthcare team will engage with you to understand the business issue, define specific questions and prepare OmniViz ready .xpt files from relevant data feeds for use and interpretation by your project team.
SRS Remote Administration
In order to function efficiently, SRS requires regular expert maintenance. Many SRS customers have a dedicated SRS Administrator to deal with these issues, but equally, many customers have asked us to administer their SRS installation in order to release their staff for higher priority projects.
BioWisdom therefore offer SRS Remote Administration Services. This service is designed to perform all the functions that an in-house SRS administrator would perform, and includes:
- The installation of all software updates, upgrades and patches
- Administration of all supported databases
- Administration of all supported tools
- Option: administration of in-house databases, relational databases and third party databases
- Option: administration of non-supported tools
